Bob Campbell is a member of the Intellectual Property Group and has litigated matters involving copyrights, trademarks and trade dress. He has also successfully prosecuted and defended a number of internet domain name disputes.

Bob has experience in handling cases in all stages of litigation in state and federal court, from pre-suit dispute resolution through trial to appellate advocacy. He also has extensive experience in complex insurance coverage, bad faith and commercial litigation matters, representing both insurance carriers and their insureds in cases all along the East Coast. Bob’s commercial litigation experience includes the representation of licensed insurance agents and brokers in professional liability claims.
