Robert Tonn is a partner in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight where he practices in the areas of product liability and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Tonn has experience representing clients in class action and mass tort litigation, contract and fraud suits, environmental matters and governmental investigations. He represents clients in a wide range of industries including consumer products companies, automobile and automotive component manufacturers, airlines, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and medical device manufacturers. His practice frequently involves large, document-intensive cases, specifically those involving electronic discovery.
