Mr. Manson is Of Counsel to Dorsey’s Trial Group, resident in the firm’s New York office. His practice is focused on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on complex business disputes and class action litigation. Mr. Manson has extensive experience representing in litigation and counseling corporate and individual clients in a broad range of substantive areas of law, including commercial and contract law, antitrust law, franchise and distribution law, employment law, product liability and consumer protection law, corporate governance law, trademark law and securities law.

In addition to representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country, Mr. Manson has considerable experience in representing corporate and individual clients in various alternative dispute resolution venues, including mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Manson also counsels and represents clients in a broad range of non-litigation and litigation avoidance contexts, including negotiating and preparing commercial agreements, distribution and employment contracts and other bilateral and multilateral agreements, as well as drafting and editing policy manuals and other corporate documents.
