Bob Robison is a partner in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Robison is principally involved in the acquisition activities of private equity funds as well as strategic acquisition and divestiture transactions on behalf of public and private companies.
Mr. Robison has experience in leveraged buyouts (representing sponsors as well as strategic co-investors and management), transactions in the financial services sector, and restructuring/workout transactions.
Mr. Robison also represents several Asian and European enterprises in their strategic investment activities. In addition to change-of-control acquisitions, these cross-border representations frequently involve minority investments, joint venture transactions, and related general corporate matters (trademark licensing, products distributions, and technology transfers).
