Mr. Gilmartin has an extensive background in the defense of litigated matters including but not limited to products liability, asbestos litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, construction litigation, personal injury and premises liability matters. He is experienced in deposition practice, arguing motions, and advocating the interests of his clients at mediation and arbitration hearings, as well as in court conferences and settlement conferences. He has served as first and second chair in asbestos trials.

Mr. Gilmartin is admitted to the state bars of New York and New Jersey. Additionally, he is admitted to appear before all U.S. District Courts within New York and New Jersey.
