Rob Graffum is a shareholder in Stradling’s corporate law practice.

Mr. Graffum’s principal focus is on merger and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance transactions.

Prior to joining Stradling, Mr. Graffum was Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Graffum practiced at Skadden for more than 11 years, most recently in Skadden’s Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices.

Mr. Graffum has represented strategic companies and institutional investors in various types of U.S. and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions and investments (both on the buy and sell side), and issuers and investment banks in various types of securities offerings (including debt and equity securities). His experience spans a broad range of industries. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities laws matters. Mr. Graffum also has prior experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation.

Prior to attending law school, he served as an officer in the United States Navy.
