Mr. Geis settled a major estate, formed a family limited partnership consisting of nine family groups, assisted a family through its split of a closely-held publishing and cable T.V. business with another branch of the family, assisted with the tax-free disposition of a major real estate portfolio, and recapitalized another family’s substantial holdings.
