Robert Hosay is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Hosay’s practice is focused on assisting clients who conduct business in the public sector. His practice helps clients develop, acquire and/or manage business in the government sector. His clientele is as varied as the products and services they market to government agencies, but is weighted heavily in government operations contracting. He is a member of the firm’s Government & Public Policy and Government Procurement Practice.

Mr. Hosay partners with his clients by helping them to interpret the needs and opportunities within government agencies, assisting with all steps of the acquisition process, advising on contract management issues, and counseling his clients regarding contract awards and litigation of contract disputes.

In addition, Mr. Hosay represents clients who are regulated by government and need counsel with significant experience in administrative law. He assists clients in every aspect of representation before state agencies. He often appears in administrative proceedings at the Division of Administrative Hearings as well as negotiates agreements with state agencies.
