Robert has extensive experience with representing clients in a wide range of business litigation matters in arbitration and state and federal courts throughout the United States. His cases have included complex commercial and consumer class action litigation and government investigations in the fields of antitrust, education, telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services. Robert has significant experience in addressing the application and effects of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989. Robert has experience in coordinating and conducting internal investigations for a variety of clients. He has worked as in-house litigation counsel for a national telecommunications company, advising and managing a variety of litigation matters. In 2007, Robert completed the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia.
