Robert L. Burrus

Bob is primarily engaged in corporate and fiduciary counseling, including mergers and acquisitions and shareholder disputes. He regularly consults with managements and boards, and contributes to corporate governance programs sponsored by the Conference Board. He has been a director of, or outside counsel to, large public corporations.

Bob served as chairman of McGuireWoods from 1990 to 2006.
