Robert Littlehale, a partner in the litigation group, focuses his practice on commercial litigation and white collar matters.

Robert has represented Fortune 100 and privately held companies in complex disputes involving class actions, torts, securities, environmental litigation, and antitrust law. Robert also maintains an active appellate practice, and has briefed and/or argued appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the D.C. Court of Appeals.

In addition, Robert defends individual and corporate clients in enforcement and sanctions proceedings, and has extensive experience conducting cross-border FCPA and corruption-related internal investigations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Robert is also active in pro bono matters, and serves on the Fourth Circuit’s Criminal Justice Act Panel and the Ninth Circuit’s Pro Bono Panel.
