Robert Dombroff represents private and public sector clients in complex business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on financial institutions in lender liability defense, insurance and reinsurance matters, contract disputes, real estate disputes, creditors’ rights and insolvency.

Bob is admitted to practice in the state of Connecticut; District of Connecticut, Second Circuit; District of Columbia; state of New York; and Southern District of New York.

With more than 40 years of experience in federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations, Bob has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases.

Bob is former co-chair of the firm’s litigation area, former co-chair of the firm’s Securities and Financial Institutions Litigation Group, and former Managing Partner of the New York office.
