Robert M. Novick practices in the areas of complex bankruptcy reorganizations, out of court restructurings, and creditors rights litigation. He represents non-conventional lenders, official and ad hoc committees, debtors, and individual creditors (secured and unsecured), in cases under the Bankruptcy Code, related litigation in various venues, and out of court restructurings. Mr. Novick has extensive experience in both developing and opposing plans of reorganization, litigating fraudulent transfer and inter-creditor disputes, and legal issues affecting distressed securities. Mr. Novick also has additional experience in the area of commercial litigation. Mr. Novick was recognized in the 2014 edition of New York Metro Super Lawyers.
