Bob is former chair of the real estate and land use and real estate transactions departments. He focuses on commercial real estate and commercial lending. He has represented clients in many facets of commercial real property development and finance, from formation of ownership entities through project planning, land acquisition, loan negotiation, leasing, management, sale, workout and foreclosure.
Bob was a Dillard Fellow at the University of Virginia School of Law and a Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
