Robert Davis is an associate in Holland & Knight's Orlando office and a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. Mr. Davis practices in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial litigation.

During law school, Mr. Davis participated in a moot court competition at the culmination of which he argued before U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and was named the competition’s Best Overall Competitor. Mr. Davis also served as president of the Florida Moot Court Team, the executive articles editor of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, and was a research assistant for Professor D. Daniel Sokol. He was elected Law Student of the Year in 2010 and was chosen to serve as the class of 2010’s commencement student speaker. Additionally, Mr. Davis has received book awards in the following classes: Legal Research and Writing, Legal Drafting, Interviewing and Counseling, and Health Care Law.
