Ms. Gotshall is a partner in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She represents clients in all areas of commercial real estate, with particular focus on financing (including conduit, traditional, mezzanine, bond and vessel financing), workouts, foreclosure, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters. Robin has extensive experience with the representation of financial institutions in the structuring and execution of mortgage loan transactions for securitization in the capital markets. Her practice also includes the representation of Special Servicers and the appointment of receivers in connection with securitized loans in default. Robin has represented numerous banks and other institutional lenders handling workouts, negotiating forbearance agreements and foreclosing delinquent loans.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Gotshall served as Controller of U.S. Real Estate and Facilities for Oracle Corporation in Redwood Shores, California, where in addition to managing the budgets for operating expenses and capital improvements, she managed the department and staff responsible for national lease administration.
