Robin Feiner is a corporate partner in the firm’s New York office. She concentrates her practice in securities and capital markets. She represents issuers, investment banks and sponsors on equity transactions, particularly IPOs, follow-ons and block trades. She also advises public and private company clients on general securities and corporate matters, including the JOBS Act, SEC disclosure and compliance, investor relations and corporate governance.

During her more than 20-year career at leading global law firms and bulge-bracket investment banks, Ms. Feiner has advised on over 100 IPOs across a broad range of sectors, including industrials, consumer and retail, financial services, energy and power, real estate, technology, and health care. She is recognized as being “terrific with clients” by Legal 500 USA.

Ms. Feiner has extensive and unique equity capital markets (ECM) experience both as a senior transactional attorney and investment banker. Prior to joining Winston, she spent 11 years in increasingly senior ECM banker positions at Citigroup Global Markets and UBS Investment Bank, as well as 10 years as a capital markets attorney.

Ms. Feiner received her B.S., with distinction, in 1991 from Cornell University, and she received her J.D. in 1994 from New York University School of Law.
