Robyn L. Mandel

Robyn Mandel concentrates her practice in corporate, commercial finance, and aviation law.

A wide array of companies seek Robyn’s counsel in corporate matters, including legislative and regulatory review, contract drafting and review, due diligence, negotiations and financing transactions. She provides general corporate counseling to companies, boards of directors and various nonprofits, and currently serves as the acting secretary for Airlink, Inc., an international nonprofit organization that connects airlines with humanitarian initiatives.

Robyn represents lenders, aircraft leasing companies and a large commercial aircraft manufacturer in complex aircraft financing transactions including cross-border leases, chattel mortgages, residual value and credit support agreements. Robyn works with buyers and sellers of private aircraft and participants in fractional programs on purchase agreements, financing and regulatory compliance. She also regularly advises clients on Department of Transportation and Federal Aviation Administration regulatory issues. Robyn additionally represents a nonprofit public-private partnership focused on increasing international visitation to the United States.

Robyn has represented major commercial banks and borrowers in a variety of corporate finance transactions, including revolving credit facilities, letter of credit facilities, mezzanine debt financings and intercreditor arrangements.

While attending law school, Robyn was articles editor for the Florida Journal of International Law. From 2003 to 2005, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Richard T. Stansell-Gamm and the Honorable Pamela Lakes Wood, administrative law judges at the Department of Labor.
