Roger L. Cook

Roger focuses his practice on patent infringement litigation and licensing, particularly in semiconductor, computer, electronics and telecommunications technologies.

In patent litigation, Roger represents both plaintiffs and defendants, in both trials and appeals. His cases have involved many different technologies including semiconductor device physics and processing, microprocessors, power transistors, memory devices, lasers, electronics, computers, software and telecommunications.

In addition to his full time patent litigation practice, Roger is an adjunct professor at both the University of California Hastings College of Law (Fall Semester) and the University of San Francisco School of Law (Spring Semester). He is AV Preeminent® rated by Martindale-Hubbell.*

Roger and his family reside on their 300-tree apple farm in Sonoma, California.
