Roland Potts is an associate in our Miami office, advising clients on litigation and arbitration matters with a particular focus on international arbitration.
Roland has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, representing multi-national clients on construction defects, products liability, and breach of contract claims. He has also advised on matters in federal and state court concerning the Civil Rights Act, Florida Civil Rights Act, attorney malpractice, defamation, and premises liability claims.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Roland worked at Lydecker Diaz, one of Florida's largest defense firms, where he concentrated on appellate advocacy as well as employment, malpractice, breach of contract, and national class-action defense for products liability claims.
