Ronald Kornreich has a broad-based transactional practice with a focus on the hospitality sector, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Ron advises owners, operators, and developers of hotels, resorts, and mixed-use real estate developments throughout the United States and around the world. He has significant experience negotiating hotel management agreements, having worked on projects involving the range of leading hotel companies. He regularly handles acquisitions and sales in the hospitality space, representing buyers and sellers of individual hotel assets, hotel portfolios, and hotel management companies. Ron’s hospitality sector experience also includes the negotiation of franchise agreements, joint venture agreements, financing arrangements, and residential management, marketing, and license agreements.

Ron’s practice encompasses a wide range of commercial transactions. Ron also represents commercial real estate developers, investors, and capital providers in negotiating partnership agreements, operating agreements, and other joint venture arrangements for investments in office, retail, senior housing facility, multifamily, and office projects. Additionally, Ron advises clients on mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, and sports. He assists closely-held companies with new business ventures, restructurings, and succession planning. He also acts as outside general counsel to a number of his clients, advising on day-to-day legal, strategic, and business issues.
