Ronnie’s practice focuses on representing leading banks, insurance companies, and other lending institutions, many of which are Fortune 500 companies, in a wide variety of high-profile commercial lending and finance transactions, including syndicated and single lender deals, senior and mezzanine debt financings, deals involving participant lenders, issuances of letters of credit, public finance transactions, acquisition and construction financings, workouts and debt restructurings, and various other types of corporate- and real estate-based transactions.
