Rosalie Gray is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Gray is a member of the firm's Finance Department and of the Restructuring, Insolvency & Workouts Practice. She concentrates on Chapter 11 representations, primarily on behalf of debtors, but also on behalf of secured and unsecured creditors, shareholders and third-party acquirors. Ms. Gray also advises clients in a variety of sectors, including retailing, manufacturing, mortgage lending, shipping, oil and gas exploration and production, wholesale drug distribution, communications, entertainment, commercial real estate and financial institutions.
Ms. Gray's experience includes managing large Chapter 11 cases, advising the debtors' senior management, coordinating the debtors' various professional restructuring resources, and supervising the debtors' teams of attorneys. She is recognized for her knowledge of the Chapter 11 process, from complex global strategies to basic nuts-and-bolts issues, and for delivering efficiencies in the conduct of Chapter 11 cases that benefit the debtor and all constituencies.
