Rosanne Facchini is a special labor relations counsel in the Labor & Employment Department. Her primary focus is on handling labor relations matters for public-sector employers, including litigating matters before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board.

Rosanne serves as president of the Hudson County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.

Before joining Proskauer, Rosanne served as a civil litigation defense attorney with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. She represented the agency in every phase of litigation in state and federal court.

Prior to that, she was law clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Theemling, Jr. of the New Jersey Superior Court.
