Rosario Vizzie has handled a variety of complex commercial litigation matters focusing on a broad range of contract disputes involving major insurance companies, financial institutions, media and public relations firms, mortgage companies, manufacturers, distributors and retail businesses. Mr. Vizzie’s litigation experience includes trademark, copyright, unfair competition, unfair business practices, antitrust, entertainment, securities, products liability, tort, breach of contract and breach of warranty actions.

Mr. Vizzie also has represented and counseled companies that are the subject of government investigations. He recently assisted in the successful resolution of a long-term investigation by the Florida Attorney General’s Office into the business practices of a major national hotel chain. He has assisted clients in high profile multi-state Attorney General investigations into residential mortgage lending practices. He is presently advising several companies in government antitrust and consumer protection investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vizzie was assistant counsel to New York Governor George E. Pataki in Manhattan where he worked on a wide range of state and federal cases. During law school, Mr. Vizzie was a member of the Syracuse Law Review.
