Rose McKenna has provided legal services to health care organizations, professionals, businesses and charitable organizations throughout her career. In addition to local clients, Rose works with large national, state and regional organizations in all areas of their operations, including formation (drafting organizational documents, applications for tax-exempt status, policy/practice development and similar issues), continuing governance issues (including bylaws or organizational restructures, board composition/operational changes, review and revision of policies and compliance with statutory requirements), personnel matters, licensing, trademark and copyright, contract review and administration, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Rose worked at several prestigious Capital District firms and as in-house counsel for a philanthropic, grant-making foundation. She is a frequent speaker at legal and industry events throughout the region.
