Ruben concentrates his practice in structuring, negotiating, documenting, closing and administrating syndicated credit facilities. He has experience representing financial institutions in complex syndicated credit financings, including multicurrency and cross-border financings, first lien and second lien financings, asset based transactions, and acquisition financings by private equity groups. He has served as counsel to the administrative agent and lead arranger in syndicated credit facilities for companies in a wide variety of industry sectors, including consumer and retail, media and telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, industrial and energy and power. His experience covers several market sectors, ranging from investment grade to leverage to middle market.
Ruben served as in-house legal counsel on the broker-dealer trading desk of a major financial institution supporting distressed/high-yield asset trading matters and supervising regulatory compliance.
