Ruben Fogel focuses his practice on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals. He also advises clients with respect to strategic commercial collaborations, complex commercial business arrangements, general corporate matters, and day-to-day corporate governance issues.

Mr. Fogel has nearly 10 years of experience providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to businesses around the world in both transformative and “bet-the-company” transactions. He also has experience with day-to-day commercial and operational legal matters, including advising on legal options to achieve intended business goals. He has advised large, middle-market, and smaller private and public companies and entrepreneurs. Mr. Fogel has negotiated and prepared merger agreements, stock and asset purchase and sale agreements on both the buy- and sell-side joint venture agreement for both principals and investors, various commercial business agreements, ancillary transactional documents, and corporate documents. He has also led and coordinated legal and business due diligence (including supervision of large diligence teams) in connection with corporate transactions.
