Russell P. McRory is a member of Arent Fox’s Automotive practice group. He focuses his practice on representing automobile dealerships and their principals in all aspects of their business and personal matters. Russ represents automobile dealerships in the acquisition and sale of franchises; factory relations and dispute resolution; regulatory compliance. He also advises dealer-principals and their families in general corporate matters, generational tax planning, and asset protection.

Russ represents a broad range of domestic and foreign businesses and high net worth individuals in general corporate matters; real estate acquisition and financing, including zoning, land use, and environmental matters; and tax and estate planning and asset protection. He also advises physicians and medical practice groups in corporate and regulatory matters. In addition, Russ has advised suppliers in the global electronics and defense industry supply chain concerning compliance with export laws and general contractual matters.
