Ryan Nassau’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation and securities litigation, serving a broad range of clients in diverse industries such as insurance and reinsurance, consulting, accounting, bio-medical equipment manufacturing and construction and natural resources.

In the complex commercial litigation area, Ryan has handled matters involving tort, contract and insurance-based claims, and on the securities side, he has handled shareholder derivative suits and class actions as well as broker-dealer arbitrations.

Ryan’s pro bono efforts include successfully assisting clients negotiate and structure favorable credit and debt settlements, representing clients in administrative and legal proceedings before various government agencies, and drafting law enforcement safety protocol and advisories.
