Ryan J. Larsen concentrates his practice in business litigation, with a focus on banking, lender and financial institution clients and breach of contract matters. Ryan is an experienced trial lawyer who has worked for more than 12 years at Katten.
Ryan recently represented Verizon Wireless in a four-week jury trial where he and his team won total victory against an agent that believed its contract had been wrongfully terminated. He represents banks, lenders, financial institutions and other clients in disputes involving secured transactions, real estate, interest rate swaps, unfair competition claims and class actions. He also works in entertainment litigation, frequently handling matters involving defamation and intellectual property.
In addition to his business litigation practice, Ryan is also active in pro bono work, for which he has handled several prisoners’ rights cases.
