Ryan Fawaz is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. Mr. Fawaz represents clients in all aspects of complex business litigation, including in the areas of fraud, breach of contract, antitrust, unfair business practices, and securities.

Mr. Fawaz received his A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard College, cum laude, in 2006. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, in 2009 from Harvard Law School. While in law school, Mr. Fawaz served as a Teaching Fellow in the Harvard University Economics Department, teaching his own seminar and assisting in the teaching of intermediate microeconomic theory and finance courses. Mr. Fawaz is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Alumnus of the Orange County Trial Attorney Participation Program (program participants work on a full-time basis as a deputy district attorney, first-chairing jury trials and prosecuting felony preliminary hearings).
