Ryan O'Quinn focuses his practice in the area of litigation.

After advising private equity clients and public issuers early in his career, Ryan entered government service where he spent eight years as an enforcement attorney at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and as an economic crimes prosecutor for the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida. In 2011, Ryan co-founded a prominent Miami litigation boutique focusing on corporate, securities, healthcare and environmental investigations. He has extensive experience advising clients defending complex parallel proceedings, including complex civil litigation, civil regulatory inquiries and white collar criminal investigations.

As a prosecutor, Ryan served as lead counsel in several highly publicized cases. After re-entering private practice five years ago, Ryan has represented companies and executives navigating regulatory and litigation concerns involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Department of Justice, and the Office of Inspector General of the US Department of Health & Human Services.
