Ben Pleune is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. His practice focuses on the development, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, Internet database services, robotics and military mobility components. Ben has extensive experience in patent, trademark and copyright litigation, including ITC Section 337 investigations. Ben’s experience also includes transactional work, including the drafting and negotiation of technology and IP license agreements.
