S. Scott Parel

SCOTT PAREL's practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters, primarily representing private and pension fund sponsors and corporate clients in connection with leveraged acquisitions, minority investments, divestitures, joint ventures and restructurings. Prior to joining Sidley, Scott represented OMERS Private Equity in the acquisition of Husky International, which was named the 2012 “Private Equity Deal of the Year” by IFLR.
