Sabina Bramlett

Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Sabina has more than 20 years of experience handling a wide array of estate planning, probate and transactional business planning matters. She regularly assists clients with drafting and implementation of wills, trusts and other entities to address objectives regarding the disposition and protection of assets while minimizing federal estate and gift tax exposure.

Sabina also routinely represents executors and estates through all phases of administration, including the preparation of estate and inheritance tax returns.

Additionally, Sabina assists clients in transactional business planning for closely held businesses, including formation, general transactional matters, business succession, key employee planning and sales and acquisitions.
