Sally W. Bryan

Sally Bryan is co-chair of the Product Liability and Mass Torts Practice Group. Her practice primarily consists of litigation within the pharmaceutical industry and also involves litigation of matters in other commercial settings.

In the pharmaceutical setting, for almost fifteen years, Ms. Bryan has been part of multiple regional and national representations involving both vaccines and drug products. She has had direct or supervisory responsibility for a wide variety of activities in this capacity, including interacting extensively with company witnesses in connection with the factual development of her clients’ company cases; designing and using databases for the management, analysis and production of documents in matters of all sizes; supervising and managing the collection, review and production of both hard copy and electronic documents in matters of varying sizes; and overseeing third-party vendors and dozens of attorneys and paralegals working in various capacities. In recent years, Ms. Bryan has provided similar services to clients in other commercial settings, including those who conduct medical research and those in the healthcare and defense industries.

The representation of the manufacturer of a cholesterol-reducing drug in a nationwide litigation where plaintiffs claimed that the drug caused the development of muscle and psychological injuries.
The representation of the manufacturer of an antiepileptic drug in a nationwide litigation involving allegations of birth defect injuries.
The representation of the manufacturer of a pain medication in a nationwide litigation involving allegations that the drug caused the development of chondrolysis.
The representation of the manufacturer in a nationwide litigation where plaintiffs claimed that an injectable drug used to control nausea and vomiting led to the development of tardive dyskinesia.
