She has advised clients in M&A transactions relating to the consulting, homebuilding, energy, construction, airline, telecommunications, software and other industries. She also counsels clients relating to acquisitions and dispositions in connection with insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.

Ms. Crispin also assists clients with public financing through the issuance of debt and equity securities. Additionally, she counsels investors, issuers and private equity funds in private equity and venture capital financings, often involving strategic business relationships.
