Sandra G. M. Selzer focuses her practice in the areas of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, liquidating trusts, litigation trusts and complex commercial litigation. She has more than 9 years of experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees, and other parties-in-interest in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Sandra routinely appears before the bankruptcy court on contested and other litigation matters, and has practiced before the courts of many of the other traditional business litigation jurisdictions.

Sandra has served as counsel to numerous Chapter 11 debtors and creditors’ committees in several business segments, including agribusiness, manufacturing, retail, ethanol and apparel.

Sandra has been active in the horse industry for more than twenty years and also advises individuals and businesses engaged in equine-related activities.

Prior to law school, Sandra worked in a management position for a leader in the agricultural industry and as a consultant for an animal health pharmaceutical and equipment company. This experience enables ease of communicating with and analyzing the legal dilemmas confronted by agricultural and animal health-related businesses and professionals.
