Ms. Reddy is counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Real Estate Group. She represents developers, funds and institutions in joint ventures, acquisitions, financings and development of commercial and residential properties. She has experience both drafting and negotiating leases for privately held companies and not-for-profit institutions.
Ms. Reddy also has experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, construction documents, easements and leases.
