Sara M. Carian

Sara Carian focuses her practice on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private equity matters.

Sara graduated from the University of California Berkeley School of Law. While there, she served as an editor of the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice and was a board member of Berkeley’s Queer Caucus. She also served as a research assistant to Professor Joan Hollinger, examining family and constitutional law issues and preparing amicus briefs. While in law school, Sara interned at the Transgender Law Center and externed for the Hon. Ronald S. Prager of the Superior Court of California in San Diego County.
