Sara Folchi is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office and a member of the Securities Litigation Practice. Sara focuses on securities litigation, shareholder derivative actions, state securities law and common law claims concerning the purchase and sale of securities, SEC enforcement proceedings, and mergers and acquisitions litigation. She also regularly defends foreign issuers in securities litigation filed in the U.S., with an emphasis on representing Chinese companies.

Sara has represented companies in internal and special committee investigations, including options back dating issues. She also represents clients in antitrust litigation.

Sara has an active pro bono practice. She recently successfully obtained the withholding of removal for a client in an asylum matter. Sara also regularly participates in firm recruiting programs.
