Sara O’Coin Bauer is a Trademark Attorney in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson. Ms. Bauer has experience with all aspects of trademark prosecution, counseling, and enforcement, including the selection, clearance, and registration of trademarks throughout the United States, responses to office actions, and cease and desist letters. She also has experience with trademark and copyright litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and before federal courts.

Previously, Ms. Bauer held a Research Assistant position with the Chair of Intellectual Property at Suffolk University (2010), where she researched all aspects of common law protection of ideas in the U.S. Ms. Bauer was also a Legal Intern at Bauer Performance Sports Ltd. (2009), and a Legal Intern at Fish & Richardson (2007).
