Sarah Davis is a senior counsel in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Team. Ms. Davis focuses her practice on a wide range of general commercial real estate transactions, including office and retail leasing, sales and acquisitions, and lender representation.

Ms. Davis is active in the green building movement and is certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with a specialty in Building Design and Construction. She has represented owners and developers of class A office buildings, regional malls, shopping centers, and high-end street retail and mixed-use projects in connection with leasing, operational and transactional matters. In addition, she has experience handling the negotiation of telecommunications access agreements and financing transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities.

During law school, Ms. Davis was an associate editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
