Sarah Suma practices in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. She has experience drafting and amending qualified retirement, savings, and welfare benefit plans as well as advising clients with administration and compliance of such plans with the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA.

Sarah also advises employers with respect to employee benefits issues raised in corporate acquisitions and dispositions, including drafting equity incentive arrangements and employment, severance, and change-of-control agreements.

Sarah is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
