Sarah Heaton Concannon, a partner in Goodwin Procter's Business Litigation Group, focuses her practice on the representation of financial services companies, other significant institutions, and individuals in connection with complex business and securities litigation, including breach of contract, fraudulent inducement, negligent and intentional misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and failure to supervise actions, internal investigations and board advisement, government investigations and enforcement proceedings, shareholder class and multi-party actions, and antitrust matters.
