Sarah Seedig focuses her practice on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, regulatory licensing, SEC and state securities compliance, and general corporate matters. Sarah has experience working as bond and underwriter’s counsel in public finance transactions totaling over $1.6 billion dollars. Additionally, Sarah has broad experience in commercial real estate transactions and commercial leasing.

As a member of the firm’s Automotive Dealerships industry group, Sarah represents automotive dealerships in all matters relating to acquisition and disposition of operations, including state licensing, manufacturer approval, real estate, and financing. Sarah also counsels dealers with respect to their ongoing relationships with the manufacturers.

Sarah also has experience counseling clients in matters relating to escheat and unclaimed property laws, including voluntary compliance initiatives, loyalty/promotional programs, and discount voucher programs. Sarah has advised clients on the structuring of gift card programs and related offerings. Sarah is an active member of the Unclaimed Property Professionals organization (UPPO), serving on the eLearning Committee.
