Satoko Kato is a counsel in the Antitrust/Competition Group resident in New York. Ms. Kato joined the firm in 2003. Ms. Kato represents clients in connection with antitrust issues concerning cartel matters and agency investigations.

Ms. Kato also has extensive transactional and advisory experience, including representation of domestic and foreign private issuers in public and private securities offerings, SEC compliance and reporting matters and corporate governance. She has advised domestic and multinational corporations in an array of industries, including automotive, financial institutions, media, telecommunication, transportation and utilities.
