Satoru Murase advises global corporations regarding cross-border investments in the United States, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He is well-known for his representation of major Japanese and Asian corporations in their overseas operations and disputes, as well as major U.S. and European corporations operating in Asia. Through his global practice, he has extensive experience in providing legal advice regarding corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, corporate governance, compliance & crisis management, employment, restructuring matters and government relations.

He regularly advises nonprofit organizations regarding governance and charitable law issues. He attended Seikei High School, Harvard College and Georgetown University Law Center.
