Saxon Peters focuses his practice on early stage company counseling, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate partnerships and general corporate counseling.

Saxon has represented companies in a wide range of industries, including clean technology, biotechnology, software and hardware design and online services.

Prior to joining the firm, Saxon was an associate in the emerging companies practice group in the Silicon Valley office of a national law firm.
